Return & Exchange Policy
At John Lowry Furniture Design and Manufacture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
